Process shipment requests for customers and source capacity with approved providers;
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and Expeditors network via high volume email/phone/IM/in person;
Monitor and action email boxes daily and ensure documentation is uploaded into imaging system;
Notify customers of shipment status and delays and provide timely POD imaging;
Manage data entry into operating system and track/trace shipments as required;
Assist with carrier bookings and manage freight routing deviations and in-transit communications;
Ensure timely PODs are received and imaged and support KPI achievement
