Master Electrician - Team Leader

Overview

Take your electrical career off the road and into a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Our growing modular manufacturing operation is seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician to support electrical systems and operations within our modular manufacturing facility. This role oversees electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and compliance for modular units built in a controlled factory environment. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep code knowledge, and hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.

• Install, maintain, inspect, and repair electrical systems for modular units during all phases of manufacturing
• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC, state, and local codes
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and production drawings
• Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to electrical technicians
• Coordinate with project management, quality, and production teams to resolve electrical design or build issues
• Perform testing and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and functionality of electrical systems
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in panels, wiring, controls, and equipment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, safety, and quality
• Maintain accurate documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure a safe work environment at all times

• Valid Master Electrician license (state-recognized)
• Minimum 6 years of progressive electrical experience, including supervisory responsibilities
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or modular construction environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and electrical safety standards
• Ability to work with production schedules and meet deadlines
• Proficient in reading electrical drawings and specifications
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

• Experience with modular building systems or off-site construction
• Experience working in lean manufacturing or high-volume production environments

• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Work performed primarily indoors in a manufacturing facility
• Occasional overtime or flexible scheduling may be required to meet production demands
