Program Manager

Aerostar Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead customer programs and cross-functional manufacturing projects within the aerospace, automotive, and medical industries. This role will manage projects from launch through production while ensuring customer satisfaction, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer programs and manufacturing projects
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, risks, and program performance
• Support APQP, PPAP, engineering changes, and production launches
• Lead program review meetings and provide status updates
• Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Program Management experience in manufacturing
• Aerospace, automotive, or medical manufacturing experience preferred
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and manufacturing processes
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• ERP system and Microsoft Office experience required
