Compensation & Benefits
Starting rates are $18.40–$19.15 plus applicable shift premiums. 14 paid holidays, paid time off after 90 days, tuition reimbursement, generous 401(k) match from day one, employee assistance program.
Shifts1st shift: 6am–4:30pm, 3rd shift: 7:30pm–6:00am.
Responsibilities- Insert appropriate frames, wires, velcro, foam blocks, cloths into molds just prior to pouring foam.
- Perform other jobs as required.
- Maintain production department housekeeping and cover absenteeism.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Experience or training indicating possession of skills to carry out insert tasks.
- Knowledge of and compliance with safety regulations.
- Dependable with good attendance record.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Professional communication with team members.
- Self‑starter with demonstrated continuous improvement traits, effective at working independently.
- Perform tasks through to completion.
Majority of time in a production environment. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Noise level usually moderate.
Physical DemandsRegularly uses hand/fingers, handles items and tools. Frequently requires reaching with hands and arms. Occasionally requires bending, walking, balancing, talking, and hearing. Must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 30 pounds. Vision: close vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
Working ScheduleStandard work hours: 10 hours per day, 4–5 days per week on an assigned shift. Hours may be altered for training or equipment breakdown. Ability to work overtime or irregular hours including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Reasoning AbilityApply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
