Job Description

Starting rates are $18.40-$19.15 plus applicable shift premiums.

• 1st shift 6am-4:30pm
• 3rd shift 7:30pm - 6:00am

Insert appropriate frames, wires, velcro, foam blocks, cloths, etc. into molds just prior to pouring foam. Perform other jobs as required. Maintain production department housekeeping and cover for absenteeism.

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Any combination of training and work experience demonstrating the ability to carry out the insert tasks.

Majority of time in a production environment. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Noise level is usually moderate.

Standard work hours consist of 10 hours per day, 4-5 days per week on an assigned shift. Hours may be altered as required by training needs or equipment breakdowns. Ability to work overtime or irregular hours including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as requested.

Apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
