Assist with the staging process as the final step in the production workflow, ensuring mattress units are correctly prepared for shipment.;
Work alongside the shipping team to place mattress units on carts and stage them according to supervisor instructions and written directions.;
Lift and move mattress components weighing approximately 4050 pounds throughout the shift, often with a teammate.;
Flip mattress units overhead when placing them onto the assembly line in designated positions.;
Read and follow written directions in English to ensure correct staging procedures.
