If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as the Assistant Manager of our Longhorn Steakhouse Restaurant.
Longhorn Steakhouse is a renowned name in the restaurant and craft beer industry. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining our high standards for food and beverage quality, customer service, and overall guest experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in restaurant management, a passion for the culinary and craft beer industry, and exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus.
- Leadership:
Assist the General Manager in leading, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated restaurant staff, ensuring a positive work environment and exceptional customer service. - Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing inventory, food quality, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards during your shift. - Financial Management:
Assist in Managing the restaurant's budget, control costs, and maximize profitability while achieving revenue targets. - Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by monitoring and improving service quality, responding to customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly. - Training and Development:
Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of employees, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. - Compliance:
Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Proven management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management.

High School or better.
Preferred
Bachelors or better in Food Service.
