West Side Beer Distributing is hiring for a Part‑Time Merchandiser – Beer & Beverage (Metro Detroit)

Starting Pay: $18.25/hr. $18.75 after 90 days $19.25 after 1 year plus Gas Card plus $80/month auto allowance plus phone reimbursement.

Looking for a physically active job where you're not stuck behind a desk? We're hiring a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser to support our Sales team in local stores throughout Metro Detroit. This role is hands‑on, physically active, and perfect for someone who enjoys organizing and working solo in stores.

• Drive your own vehicle to retail stores in Metro Detroit to stock beverages.
• Move product from delivery/backroom area to sales floor.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Build displays and rotate product.
• Keep shelves organized and full.
• Visit stores on your assigned route and work independently without a supervisor.

• Lift 40‑50lb cases throughout your shift.
• Bend, kneel, and reach constantly.
• Stand/walk for your entire shift.
• Work in coolers and varying temperatures.

• Work alone at each store.
• Manage your own route and time.
• Must be self‑motivated and reliable.

• Part‑Time: up to 29 hours per week.
• Weekends required (Saturday or Sunday, sometimes both).
• Some holiday work may be required.

• Guaranteed pay increases at 90 days and 1 year.
• Gas card, auto allowance, and phone reimbursement.
• Paid training and growth opportunities.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required daily).
• Experience with physical labor or heavy stocking work.
• Comfortable working independently without supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and customer‑service mindset.
