West Side Beer Distributing is hiring for a Full-Time Merchandiser – Beer & Beverage (Metro Detroit)

Starting Pay: $18.25/hr. | $18.75 after 90 days | $19.25 after 1 year

Plus:
Gas Card | $160/month auto allowance | Monthly phone reimbursement

Looking for a physically active job where you’re not stuck behind a desk? We’re hiring a Full-Time Retail Merchandiser to support our Sales team in local stores throughout Metro Detroit. This role is hands-on, physically active, and perfect for someone who enjoys organizing and working solo in stores.

• Drive your own vehicle to retail stores in Metro Detroit to stock beverages.
• Move product from delivery/backroom area to sales floor
• Stock shelves and coolers
• Build displays and rotate product
• Keep shelves organized and full
• Visit stores daily and work independently without a supervisor

This job is physical:

• Lift 40-50 lb cases all day
• Bend, kneel, and reach constantly
• Stand/walk for 8-10 hours
• Work in coolers and varying temperatures

This job is independent:

• You work alone at each store
• Manage your own route and time
• Must be self-motivated and reliable

• 5 days/week, 40-50 hours
• Weekends required (Saturday or Sunday, sometimes both)
• Some holiday work required

• Guaranteed pay increases at 90 days and 1 year
