$45,000 to $95,000 base plus commission!  Salary based on experience.*

* Position Summary:

** Responsible for the sales and accounts in Property Management

* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*
* • Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to apartment complexes and the Property Management industry  
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships  
• Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products  
• Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals  
• Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products  
• Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services  
• Perform other duties as assigned  
** QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
** 1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.  
2. Experience in the flooring industry is a plus!  3. Experience in B2B sales  
4. Must have a valid driver’s license.  5.

Experience with Property Management is preferred.  6. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.  
7. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.  8. Be able to work independently and problem solve. |
