Position: Director of Sales – Automotive (ICE Powertrain)

ZYNP International Corp is a Tier One and Tier Two automotive supplier with strong growth objectives. We are seeking a Director of Sales to take full ownership of the company’s sales function and drive revenue growth.

This is an executive‑level role operating as the head of sales, working directly with the President and headquarters to lead strategy, develop business, and close deals. This is a hands‑on leadership role. This person will lead the team, actively drive all sales activity, and be directly involved in winning all business. Commission is offered.

What You Will Be Accountable For
  • Owning overall revenue performance and driving measurable growth across the business
  • Leading, pushing, and holding the sales team accountable to deliver results
  • Being actively involved in all sales activity and key customer communications, and not just operating at a distance
  • Personally meeting with customers, developing relationships, and closing high‑value opportunities
  • Bringing in new business through proactive outreach, persistence, and strong execution
  • Building, managing, and converting a pipeline into real revenue
  • Developing pricing strategies and cost breakdowns to support competitive, profitable deals
  • Providing accurate forecasting and clear visibility into pipeline, risks, and opportunities
  • Managing upward and cross‑functionally to remove obstacles and accelerate decision‑making
  • Traveling extensively to engage customers, build relationships, and win business
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven B2B automotive sales leader with OEM and/or Tier 1 experience
  • Track record of winning new business and driving measurable growth
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to push teams and drive accountability
  • Hands‑on, execution‑focused mindset—not a passive or oversight‑only approach
  • Strong commercial acumen (pricing, margins, deal structure)
  • Comfortable with accountability and being measured on results
  • Competitive and high energy by nature

  • Consistent new business wins and expansion into new customers
  • Strong pipeline development and conversion into revenue
  • A sales team that is driven, accountable, and performing
  • Accurate forecasting and execution against internal targets
