Account Executive

Uni First is seeking an Account Executive to drive corporate apparel sales to new and existing B2B customers. In this outside sales role, you will prospect, qualify, and close uniform rental and direct purchase programs, focusing on manufacturing and related industries. Responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline, conducting customer needs assessments, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. You will partner closely with operations and service teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2
• B corporate apparel and uniform rental opportunities
• Manage and grow a territory sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Conduct on-site customer meetings, needs assessments, and product demonstrations
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to decision-makers
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to close deals
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth program implementation
• Maintain regular contact with existing accounts to drive renewals and upsell opportunities
• Track sales activity, forecasts, and results to meet or exceed quota
