As an Equipment Operator you will be performing a variety of tasks that support the overall end goal of the project or task ipment Operators at B&B Concrete will be able to perform their role safely, productively, and efficiently.

• Understand the task at hand
• Operating a telehandler, hilo, loader, Backhoe, skidsteer, Mini excavator, Excavator, Dozer, Laser guided dozer.
• Removal, and loading of concrete materials.
• Performing a daily pre inspection
• Performing proper equipment maintenance daliy
• Performing general laborer duties

• Follow all safety policies and requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Have a reliable method of getting to job sites daily and on time.
• Self motivated and and eager to learn.
• Lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• Perform labor/operations on a construction site including on rough terrain and in inclement weather.
• Prior concrete experience preferred
