Responsibilities- Execute precise on-site installation, configuration, and system integration to meet project specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure operational excellence.
- Validate system performance through rigorous testing protocols to guarantee long-term reliability.
- Document service activities and technical findings to maintain accurate records and improve future deployment efficiency.
- Manage specialized tools and inventory levels to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide expert guidance and basic operational training to clients upon system handover.
- Proactively identify and communicate site-specific risks to ensure project timelines remain on track.
- 2+ years of professional experience in technical field service or equipment installation.
- Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Strong commitment to safety standards and adherence to technical SOPs.
- Experience with complex system validation and quality assurance testing.
- Demonstrated success in managing logistics and inventory for remote projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication and training.
