Coordinate customs documentation between customers, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and other government agencies to ensure service commitments are met;
Receive, review and process shipment documentation and interface with CEVA systems for updates;
Obtain releases and arrange delivery while ensuring accurate invoicing within policy timelines;
Manage pre-alerts to track freight arrival and ensure ocean documents are received within standard timelines;
Prepare quotations and communications and maintain customer profile information in the company system
