Operate heavy and tractor-trailer GVW capacity trucks of over 26,000 pounds to transport cargo to and from various destinations;
Load freight onto the truck using a forklift and pallet jack and secure with load locks/straps;
Unload freight from truck using proper equipment and ensure cargo is secured and documentation accurate;
Maintain radio contact with dispatch and report delays or emergencies;
Protect company equipment and freight from damage, theft, or tampering; ensure compliance with DOT regulations
