• Coordinate and schedule deliveries of trusses and panels to job sites.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and project managers.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely arrivals.
• Resolve any logistical issues that may arise during transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
• Utilize dispatch software to optimize routes and schedules.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and stock replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with dispatch software and logistics management.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of construction materials and processes is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Construction experience required.
• CDL A preferred.
