Job Overview

Location:

Romulus, MI. Position: CDL A Driver for Ferrous Processing and Trading, a business of Cleveland-Cliffs Steel.

• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Operate vehicle in accordance with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA), Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and all local, state, and federal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Commercial Driver's license.
• Pre-Employment background, physical, and drug screen required.
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) search.
• Work in outdoor weather conditions and temperatures.
• Class A CDL.
• Interstate endorsement.
• Previous experience in heavy haul or doubles is a plus; however, we will train the right individual.
