Truck Driver II – Romulus, MI

Earn $24.00 per hour with overtime opportunity. Perform local deliveries and pick‑ups. Receive weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Pick up and deliver mail from customers
• Inspect products for conformity to customer specifications and USPS regulations
• Verify proper dates, presort slugs, and attach pickup slip with each order prior to loading the truck
• Perform warehouse duties including wrapping pallets, stacking trays, and loading trucks
• Maintain a daily driver’s log for mileage and cargo
• Keep documentation for customer pickups—collect signatures, track mail counts, and address mail‑related questions
• Maintain a clean vehicle, production floor, and work area
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license in the driver’s state of residence
• Ability to drive a straight truck up to 26,000
  
  GVWR
• Minimum six months of verifiable driving experience in similar sized vehicles within the last 3years with a safe driving record
• Basic computer skills and ability to read a map and understand directions
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs. and perform movements such as walk, stand, stoop and bend, with or without accommodations
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime that may include weekends, holidays, and shifts with little or no advance notice
• Proficient in reading and speaking English to converse with the general public and respond to official inquiries
