Logistics and Personal Shopper Associate

As a Logistics and Personal Shopper Associate, you will ensure that each order is processed accurately in a fast‑paced environment, all while embodying our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• INBOUND:
  Efficiently receive and organize goods from suppliers into designated totes.
• OUTBOUND:
  Accurately pick and pack customer orders across various environments including ambient, chill, and freezer conditions.
• DISPATCH:
  Assist in the loading process to ensure smooth movement of customer orders within the Fulfillment Center.
• Meet and strive to exceed productivity goals and performance targets.
• Adapt flexibly to various roles within the inbound, outbound, and dispatch areas as needed.
• Address minor production issues independently, or seek guidance from Leadership when necessary.
• Follow strict quality and accuracy guidelines to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Comply with all operational processes to promote efficiency within your work area.
• Adhere to safety and food safety standards, promptly reporting any equipment defects or health/safety concerns.
• Propose recommendations to Leadership to foster best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible to changes in job assignments and schedules.
• Capacity to interpret and understand basic numerical data.
• Ability to consistently meet operational and performance goals.
• Basic skills in computer and operational systems.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
