Shipper/Receiver - Afternoon Shift

- Overtime and Weekends required based on business needs.
As a Shipper/Receiver you will participate in the distribution warehouse activities related to receiving, storing, selecting, shipping, dispatching, and delivery of products to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations and product transportation.
QualificationsBelow are the minimum qualifications to be a fit for this job.
- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, electric rider jacks, electric pallet jacks, trailer lift gates and pallet wrap machines
- Minimum 6 months of related experience or 1 full year of non-related employment experience
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, wheat, and soy.
- Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to withstand cool and/or cold temperatures
- Available to work overtime as required
- Correctly select, palletize, and shrink wrap customers’ orders preparing them for delivery.
- Receive and stock inbound product in its designated locations. Rotate and replenish current stock in its designated locations.
- Safely load trailers in an even and productive fashion.
- Operate handheld computer and scanning devices for SAP that is used for all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of entire warehouse and practice safe food handling procedures.
- Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein.

- Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to grasp, move, or utilize objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally required to use sensory perception for quality measurement of products.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds and frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
