Cardinal Staffing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Romulus, Michigan.

Shift-Monday-Friday-$16 an hour

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist with inventory counts and record keeping
• Operate basic warehouse equipment as needed
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Basic computer or inventory system experience a plus

• Consistent daytime schedule (no weekends)
• Stable, full-time hours
• Supportive team environment
