Sales, Account Manager, Beverage Sales

Union Beer Distributors is hiring a Sales Representative to grow wholesale beverage sales across the NYC metro area. In this fast-paced, field-based role, you'll manage a route of bars, restaurants, and retailers, build strong relationships, present portfolios, and secure new placements. Partner closely with breweries to execute brand programs, track performance, and ensure excellent service and on-time delivery. Ideal candidates bring prior beverage, CPG, or route sales experience, strong negotiation and merchandising skills, comfort working in a competitive environment, and the ability to meet sales targets while representing our brands professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a sales route of bars, restaurants, and retail accounts in the NYC metro area
• Promote Union Beer's beer, cider, and specialty beverage portfolio to on- and off-premise customers
• Prospect and secure new accounts while expanding placements in existing accounts
• Execute brewery and supplier programs, including tastings, promotions, and new product launches
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales and visibility
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM or sales tools
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales, distribution, and revenue targets
• Provide outstanding customer service and act as a primary liaison between breweries and retailers
• Stay current on craft beer trends, product knowledge, and competitive activity
