Position Overview:

As the Trailer Workshop Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and leading the trailer workshop operations. Your responsibilities will involve managing the workshop team, optimizing workflow, and ensuring the timely completion of trailer repair and maintenance tasks. Your expertise in trailer maintenance is crucial to the continued success of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workshop Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the workshop team to ensure efficient and high-quality trailer maintenance and repair.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment, to meet project deadlines and maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Workflow Optimization: Streamline workshop processes to ensure the timely completion of trailer maintenance and repair tasks.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet the highest standards of trailer maintenance.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental sustainability practices within the workshop.
• Inventory Management: Manage workshop inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary parts and materials for repairs.
• Customer Relations: Maintain strong customer relations, addressing and resolving any issues related to trailer maintenance and repair.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on workshop performance, including efficiency, safety, and quality metrics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in trailer workshop management.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in trailer maintenance and repair.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage workshop operations and inventory.
• Basic R20 000- R35 000 monthly
