Schedule / Hours

• 4x10 hour shifts
• Shifts:
  
  6:30 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 7:30 pm
• Rotational call required

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the operating room
• Proven proficiency in robotics and neuro surgery
• Ability to circulate cases (scrubbing not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius

Responsibilities

• Circulate during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and coordination of care
• Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures involving robotics and neuro specialties
• Maintain aseptic techniques and uphold high standards of infection control
• Effectively manage operating room resources and support pre-op/post-op transitions
• Participate in on-call schedule as required
