Client Service Representative

Parkway Animal Hospital in Roseburg, Oregon seeks an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the friendly front‑desk staff that greets and assists visitors, maintains appointment schedules, processes financial transactions, and ensures smooth flow for the veterinary team.

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Provide empathetic customer service across a multi‑line phone system and in‑person interactions.
• Process financial transactions accurately.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about hospital services.
• Support a clean, welcoming environment.
• Work Monday‑Friday as a full‑time 5/8 schedule.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years in client service, preferably in veterinary settings.
• Previous veterinary experience is required.
• Exceptional communication and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
• Experience handling financial transactions.
• Detail‑oriented and team‑focused.
