Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Description

• Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members.
• Assist with coverage and claims related questions.
• Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products.
• Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution.
• Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner.
• Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned.
• Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood.

• Tech savvy.
• Call center experience and understanding metrics/expectations.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Understand how to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently.
• Empathy is crucial for success in this role.
• Prior healthcare experience is preferred.

Contract to Hire position based out of Roseburg, OR.

Pay range: $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
