We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician with 3 10+ years of outpatient experience to join in a dual role as Medical Director & Staff Physician.

This leadership-focused opportunity allows you to maintain clinical practice while guiding the future direction of the organization.

You will:

• Manage a full adult patient panel

• Supervise NP/PA providers

• Lead clinical quality initiatives

• Oversee regulatory compliance and care standards

• Support practice operations during a leadership transition

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care

• Manage chronic disease and preventive health

• Mentor and oversee advanced practice providers

• Drive quality improvement and compliance efforts

• Develop and refine clinical protocols

• Board-Certified in Internal Medicine

• 3 10+ years outpatient experience

• Experience supervising NP/PA providers

• Comfortable with quality metrics and regulatory standards
