STUDENT SERVICES GENERALIST

The Student Services Generalist plays a vital role in supporting prospective and current students from inquiry through registration and beyond. This position serves as a central point of contact at the front counter, by phone, and via student email, while also supporting data accuracy, electronic processes, and student record management. The ideal candidate is customer-service driven, detail-oriented, confident, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, student-centered environment.

• Associate degree or equivalent education and work experience
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in customer service or student services
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience in an office setting
• Must be competent in the use of computer programs such as Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook), keyboarding, data entry

• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in higher education
