PAYROLL ACCOUNTING PROCESSOR
Full-Time Exempt
This position is open until filled.
UCC is seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Accounting Processor to support payroll operations. Under the direction of the Payroll Manager, this position plays a key role in processing multiple payrolls, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and supporting payroll‑related accounting and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to supporting employees and maintaining the integrity of the College’s financial records.

- Demonstrated ability to learn and perform payroll and accounting support functions.
- Experience using computerized office systems and standard business software.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or the ability to develop proficiency within a reasonable training period.
- Associate’s degree, or a combination of education and experience commensurate with job duties.
- One year of payroll experience, or formal training with majority of emphasis on payroll.
- 3 years of experience with computerized office systems.
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
