Overview
LIBRARY (POOL) – Student Worker. This position in the Library is a pooled position and applications will be reviewed on an as needed, ongoing basis.

As a Library Student Worker, you will be responsible for answering hardware and software questions, answering phones and virtual chat services, assisting with various technological needs, and maintaining the integrity of the library as a whole. The Library Student Worker is expected to do light circulation duties (checking in/out materials using library software) and assist the library staff as requested. You will work shifts as assigned.
We are seeking a student worker who understands the importance of this role and is looking to gain experience, knowledge, and skills applicable to your career while making a positive impact in a professional environment.
Responsibilities- Answer hardware and software questions.
- Answer phones and provide virtual chat support.
- Assist with various technological needs.
- Maintain the integrity of the library environment.
- Perform light circulation duties (check in/out materials using library software).
- Assist library staff as requested and work shifts as assigned.
- Required Qualifications:
- UCC student in good standing.
- Current UCC student with at least 6 credits.
- Preferred (Not Required)
Qualifications: - Enjoys reading and learning.
