The position of Fire Science/EMS Instructor is a pooled position and applications will be reviewed on an as needed, on-going basis.

As the Part-Time Fire Science/EMS Instructor
, you will be primarily responsible for teaching Fire Science courses. They may also be asked to teach EMS classes when necessary.

• Associates degree in Fire Science is strongly desired in the related field.
• Minimum of five years of verifiable experience in specific areas to be taught. (e.g., if instructor is hired to teach a rescue class they must demonstrate at least 5 years experience serving on or working with a technical rescue team)
• Classroom teaching experience preferred; online instruction experience desirable.
