Part-Time Faculty: Chemistry Instructor

CHEMISTRY INSTRUCTOR

Position:
Chemistry Instructor – Part‑time. This position is open until filled.

• Teach chemistry courses for majors and non‑majors using the most up‑to‑date pedagogy and technology.
• Deliver instruction across all modalities and stay current with emerging educational technologies.
• Support student learning through service to the college and student support activities.
• Maintain course materials and collaborate with colleagues as needed.

• Commensurate with State of Oregon requirements:
  Master’s degree in chemistry or related discipline.

Preferred (Not Required):

• At least 3 years of community college teaching experience.
• At least 5 years of verifiable experience in the field.
• Experience with online instruction preferred; classroom teaching experience desirable.
