Position Overview

This is a 7-hour per day IA-I, LRC position at Fremont Middle School starting August 24, 2026.

The work calendar for this position is 184 days in a full academic year. In addition to general education curriculum, the Learning Resource Center (LRC) provides specially designed instruction for students needing additional academic, behavior and/or developmental skills support.

Starting Salary: $17.94 – $22.69, depending on previous experience and education.

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance with a pro‑rated monthly District contribution toward premiums and/or a pro‑rated monthly opt‑out stipend with proof of other employer‑sponsored group coverage. Enrollment in PERS retirement, life insurance, long‑term disability, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance and access to an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) provided. Optional enrollment in a Tax‑Sheltered Annuity (TSA).

The position also requires a non‑refundable fingerprinting fee of $87.50.
