Student Services Specialist

At Umpqua Community College, we know that sometimes the biggest barrier to reaching a student's goal isn't motivation—it's knowing where to find the right support. We're looking for a Student Services Specialist who can help students navigate those barriers and connect them with funding, resources, and opportunities that keep them moving forward. You'll work directly with students to identify available funding, provide career and college coaching, build mentoring relationships, and connect students with campus and community resources.

This is a relationship-driven position. You'll have the opportunity to get to know students, understand what's standing in their way, and help connect the dots between their goals and the resources available to them. Come be part of a team that helps students get from "I don't know how" to "I did it!"
