Greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment;
Manage lobby traffic using a tablet, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule/cancel meetings;
Open new accounts and perform account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Collaborate with branch team to deliver seamless service and achieve client financial goals;
Perform branch operations including handling cash devices (e.g., cash vault, ATM) in line with bank procedures
