EHS Coordinator AA-

A growing heavy industrial manufacturing company is seeking a Safety Coordinator to join its team, supporting two facilities—primarily based out of Roseburg, OR. This individual will ensure safe working conditions across both sites and must be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels to foster a strong, positive safety culture.

• Lead Health & Safety programs at both sites, including behavior‑based safety initiatives, risk assessments and mitigation efforts, and ergonomics.
• Measure, evaluate, and recommend improvements to hazard management systems, policies, and procedures to reduce workplace injuries.
• Support incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are fully implemented across both locations.
• Develop and deliver safety training for team members at both facilities.

• 2+ years of professional EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field.
• Proven ability to design and execute effective safety training.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to drive change and build strong working relationships across multiple sites.
