Service Desk Technician
Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Service Desk Technician to join their team! This position works Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 5:00 pm.
The Service Desk Technician will provide support as the first contact for IT services. Provide scheduling for technical needs and appointments with staff in the agency. Assist with project coordination in the department.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- A basic understanding of technology.
- Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver's license
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and route all calls through main IT phone line and ticketing system
- Review Help Desk tickets and act as an expeditor for tickets that haven't been followed up on by assigned staff to meet Help Desk standards
- Coordinate equipment and access needs for external auditors
- Provide remote troubleshooting guide users through errors, assisting to resolve issues and documenting steps to escalate tier 2 or 3 engineers
- Coordinator onboardings for all incoming employees in the agency, including badge creation and initial equipment setup
- Provide employees with training and assist them with initial configuration of company issued cell phones
- Cell phone setup and project coordination for company wide upgrades
- Manage copier support and maintenance with copier vendor
- Room reservations for Douglas County meeting rooms
- Telehealth account support and administrator
- Maintain all telecommuting and mobile device equipment agreements
- Setup and support multifactor authentication device and applications for all employees
- Assist Director IT Client Services with project management for department and back up for technology support coordinator position
