NW Quality Cleaning Co. LLC provides commercial janitorial and autonomous floor care from Roseburg, Oregon, serving healthcare, retail, industrial, hospitality, aviation, and other large facilities across the Pacific Northwest. Our robots scrub mapped hard floors after close; our people own restrooms, high-touch disinfection, trash, and the detail work machines should not guess at. Supervisors inspect. Safety and quality are processes, not posters.

The Floor Care Specialist (Floor Crew) performs specialized hard-floor and carpet care in commercial facilities. You will operate professional floor equipment (auto-scrubbers, buffers, burnishers, extractors), restore and maintain VCT, vinyl, tile, concrete, and other commercial surfaces, and support NWQC’s hybrid model—working alongside mapped autonomous floor robots by handling edge work, restorative projects, stairwells, and areas robots do not cover. Shifts are commonly after-hours so client spaces are ready for open.
