Join a well-known mill in Roseburg, Oregon, as a Mill Laborer, where you'll be part of a dedicated production team and play a vital role in daily mill operations. As a Mill Laborer, you'll support production flow, material handling, and quality control in a fast-paced sawmill environment. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being on their feet throughout the day.

As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring production lines to ensure boards are aligned and uncrossed for safe operation. Moving materials, including transferring sticks from baskets to designated locations efficiently. Identifying and separating broken or damaged wood from usable materials during the edger picking process. Assisting with overall mill operations to maintain productivity and safety standards. The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high energy level and a strong work ethic.

A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work well with others. The ability to consistently lift and maneuver 50+ lbs. Reliability and punctuality as key attributes. Comfort with frequent bending, pulling, pushing, and twisting. A willingness to work in a physically demanding environment. Why Join Us in Roseburg?
