• Maintain cleanliness of batch plant/yard premises
• Collect and empty garbage
• Perform general landscape duties
• Operate water truck and pick‑up truck
• Demonstrate safe work habits and participate in the company’s safety program
• Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs
• Maintain regular and timely attendance
• Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment
• Assist other team members in different areas of production as needed

Applicants must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Work includes frequent sitting, climbing, and using hands to signal and handle equipment. Occasionally required to stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above shoulders. Must occasionally lift or move up to 50–75 lbs.

Occasional exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, extreme cold or heat. Noise level usually moderate to loud.
