We are looking for a full time Care Partner, working Noc Shift Tuesday through Saturday.
You must be 18 years or older to apply. There is a $3 weekend shift differential when working the weekends. Pay increases depending on experience. CNAs make $1 more than the listed amount.
Wages- Day Shift (6am-2pm): $17.00
- Evening Shift (2-10pm): $17.50
- Noc Shift (10pm-6am): $17.25
- Provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, possibly with walkers and wheelchairs.
- Health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in the elder’s health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
- Provide emotional support: may support elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other emotional challenges. Engaging in conversation, active listening, and offering companionship is part of your role.
- Assist with meals: help elders with meals and possibly feed elders who require additional support.
- Engage in social and recreational activities: supporting elders in life-enriching activities for their well-being.
- Communicate with elders, their families, other team members, and guests.
- Light housekeeping: tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
- Good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
- Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
