Job Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Observe, collect, and record data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self‑care ability.
- Analyze assessment findings and test results to provide the basis for planning timely and effective nursing interventions.
- Implement an age‑appropriate plan of care.
- Document and utilize patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals.
- Document the care given in a complete and timely manner.
Shift
: 6pm – 2:30am
Core schedule:
Week 1 – Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat;
Week 2 – Sun, Wed, Thu.
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS
- ACLS within 90 days
- PALS within 6 months
- ENPC within 6 months
- TNCC within 12 months
- 2400 hours of acute care nursing experience within the last 2 years
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing

Pay$53.22 – $74.35 per hour
