• Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN/On‑Call shifts are available.

• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and daily living skills.
• Teach the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence.
• Conduct therapeutic activities and foster motivation.
• Document patient progress accurately and on time.

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
