Paintless Dent Repair Technician
Pay: Flat rate, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday. This position requires travel to Eugene and Salem each week.

The Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician is responsible for repairing minor dents, dings, creases, and hail damage on vehicles without the need for repainting or body filler. This role requires precision, strong attention to detail, and the ability to restore vehicle panels to pre-damage condition while maintaining factory finish standards.
Responsibilities- Perform paintless dent repair on customer vehicles including dents, door dings, creases, and hail damage.
- Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate PDR repair strategy.
- Use specialized PDR tools, rods, glue pulling systems and lighting equipment to access and repair damaged panels.
- Restore vehicle body panels to pre-accident condition without compromising factory paint finish.
- Dissemble and reassemble vehicle components (trim, panels, interior pieces, lights) as to necessary to access damage.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and meet company productivity.
- Document repair procedures.
- Conduct quality control inspections.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Previous experience in PDR required.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle panel structure and materials.
- Prior experience in paint touch-up preferred.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel to Eugene and Salem, each one day per week.
