Job Overview
System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
Location:
Roseburg, OR.
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- 4+ months of driving experience (preferred 1 year)
- Background check, clean drug test, clean clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
Weekly pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 (depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service).
Annual pay: $46,984.82 – $.
Flatbed regional rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile.
In addition to mileage pay, drivers earn accessorial compensation (tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over-dimensional pay, etc.).
Bonus: $5,000 hiring bonus earned over 12 months (four $1,250 payments). Eligibility:
Current employment and active driving, 90‑day payroll periods. Owner/operators and trainees with less than 4 months CDL-A driving experience are not eligible.
Transition package: $1,800 (including $1,000 orientation). 34-hour home time reset (off most weekends). 401(k) and matching, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program, accruals for sick time and PTO.
Safety & Equipment- Modern trucks with lane departure & forward collision warning, hard brake monitoring, satellite communication.
- 24/7/365 road service and shops.
- Driver portal app with real‑time updates, pay, trip data, messages, PTO, contact info.
