We are hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in western America. As a driver, you will transport key materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. • Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off

Weekly Pay: $1,171.40 – $2,106.07 per week (depends on experience, routes, attendance, length of service).

Annual Pay: $60,912.97 – $ per year (same factors).

Full pay package includes additional accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as appropriate.

Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile, depending on experience.

We offer a $1,800 transition package, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first two weeks.

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a safe driving record
• No more than six jobs in the last three years
• At least 4 months of driving experience required
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice. (will be tested during orientation; flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of loads)

Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience (but not required).
