DescriptionThrive Behavioral Health is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant (Front Desk) to work in the Rosedale office. This a great opportunity that offers demonstrated growth potential!
*** Plus, possible $50.00/hour for translation services. Primarily Spanish to English/English to Spanish.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Checking in and scheduling clients for therapy and psychiatry appointments in an electronic scheduler (currently many clients are attending virtual sessions)
- Making reminder calls
- Filing
- Problem solving
- Communicating with various staff to rearrange schedules when need arises
- Responding to requests for medical records and other duties as assigned
- Sending letters to clients
- Stocking supplies/maintaining inventory in the office
At least 6 months of experience in a medical or mental health office/setting is strongly preferred. This position requires someone who enjoys working in a team environment, is organized, and who possesses strong computer skills.
