Position: Travel Occupational Therapist Job

Embark on a transformative journey as an Occupational Therapist in Maryland, Rosedale, where your clinical expertise will help individuals reclaim independence, navigate daily activities, and live meaningful lives. This specialty-driven role invites you to blend scientific assessment with compassionate, person‑centered care, making a tangible difference across diverse patient populations. Imagine guiding someone to regain the confidence to cook a family meal, dress with ease, or return to work after an injury—your work translates into real‑world gains that ripple through families and communities.

Beyond the immediate impact, Maryland offers a tapestry of experiences—from the serene waters of the Chesapeake Bay to the buzz of Baltimore’s markets, museums, and vibrant neighborhoods. Whether you’re exploring the coast, strolling through leafy parks, or enjoying a weekend in the city, the state’s beauty and history create an inspiring backdrop for your professional and personal growth.

Located in the suburban charm of Rosedale, you’ll enjoy a supportive community that values balance, collaboration, and ongoing development. The opportunity to work within this area also opens doors to potential assignments across various locations in the United States, allowing you to broaden your clinical horizons while benefiting from a stable base of operations. In Maryland, you’ll be close to urban amenities and outdoor retreats alike, with quick access to Baltimore’s cultural attractions, waterfront dining, and family‑friendly venues, while maintaining a focus on your core OT practice.

Our programs are designed to offer flexibility and variety, so you can experience different clinical settings—from hospital rehabilitation units to outpatient clinics—without losing the continuity and support that come with a centralized team. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in a range of environments, strengthening your adaptability and refining treatment approaches that deliver sustainable outcomes.

In this role, you’ll lead comprehensive evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence‑based interventions that promote independence in activities of daily living, work‑related skills, leisure pursuits, and social participation. Your days may include gait and mobility training, fine motor and hand therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, upper‑extremity motor reeducation, sensory integration for appropriate populations, equipment and adaptive device selection, and home safety and discharge planning.

You’ll document progress meticulously, collaborate with therapists across disciplines, and translate complex clinical concepts into practical strategies for patients, families, and caregivers. With a focus on person‑centered care, you’ll tailor approaches to each patient’s goals, cultural context, and living environment, while coordinating with physicians, schedulers, and case managers to optimize outcomes. This role offers meaningful opportunities for professional growth—specialize in neurorehabilitation, pediatrics, or geriatrics as your interests evolve, pursue targeted continuing education, and participate in quality improvement initiatives that elevate program standards.

We provide a robust support system to ensure you can grow confidently: mentorships, interdisciplinary collaboration, and access to cutting‑edge resources that keep you at the forefront of occupational therapy practice.

Compensation and benefits are designed to recognize your expertise and dedication. Enjoy a competitive weekly pay range of $1,857-$1,977, with guaranteed 35 hours per week, and a contract duration measured in weeks with the possibility of extension. In addition to competitive pay, you’ll have access to housing assistance to ease relocation or temporary housing needs, a sign‑on bonus to acknowledge your commitment, and opportunities for performance‑based incentives as you demonstrate impact and consistency in patient outcomes.

A comprehensive suite of benefits supports your wellbeing and professional life, including health coverage options, retirement planning, and paid time off aligned with your schedule. We also…
