Remedi Senior Care is seeking a dynamic Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technician to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities. Our Fulfillment Operations Pharmacy Technicians operate our cutting‑edge Paxit automated Packaging and Dispensing equipment, fill Bulk Prescriptions, and stage finished items for shipment to our valued customers. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with and support various areas within the pharmacy operations as needed.
Location:
On site at our closed‑door pharmacy (9006 Yellow Brick Rd, Rosedale, MD 21237)
Compensation:
Starting at $19‑$21 /hr (dependent upon experience) +$1.00/hr shift differential
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 11:30pm – 8:00am, rotating weekends

Fulfillment Operations Technician Supervisor

- Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
- Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
- Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
- Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
- Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
- Perform audits, packaging scans, and short‑fill checks.
- Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
- Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
- Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
- Adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either the direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the MD State Board of Pharmacy is required (good standing).
- Minimum of one (1) year working in a long‑term care pharmacy preferred but not required.
- Strong computer skills.
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge.
- Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills by actively contributing to group efforts, communicating openly, and supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Thrives in a dynamic environment by quickly adjusting to changing priorities, new tasks, and evolving business needs with a positive attitude.
- Consistently arrives on time, meets deadlines, and maintains dependable attendance, ensuring steady support for the team and business operations.
